Text Alerts From Our Fraud Department

  • If you are not comfortable answering the text, an automated voice message will call you as before.
  • You will only receive a text message when the Fraud Department flags your card when there is Suspected Fraud.
  • You can OPT out anytime.

If you receive a text from our Fraud department:

  • Reply yes if you did the transaction, and no further action will be required.
  • Reply no if you did not make the transaction, it will then block the card and text you the Fraud Department phone number to call.
